I made a cold call to Lynn to inquire about a property where she had a sign posted. Lynn answered and was very friendly and easy to speak with. She knew exactly which property I was interested in and gave me very good information about the property. She scheduled me an appointment to see the property and met me there as promised.

Lynn was very attentive to my needs and provided information to enable me to make an offer. The offer was accepted and then the work began. Lynn helped to schedule all inspections and acted as liaison between me and the seller. She was always available and answered phone calls and texts promptly and efficiently, providing the information or action that I needed.

There were several odd issues that arose due to either my needs or the sellers' needs and Lynn offered solutions for each and every one and then produced the needed documentation every time.

In my life I have only had 6 real estate dealings and every one of the deals were difficult, stressful and confusing. Lynn operates in such a manner that the deal was easy, understandable and at times even a little bit fun. Lynn always did what she said she would do, was very good at keeping all parties informed and always cheerful and happy.
